What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone, whether you are a DJ, planner, or other, event type, event date, venue or city, guest count, how many areas need music, and any notes you add.

We use that information for one purpose: to review your event and reply with a recommendation and a proposal. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.

Who touches the data

This site is hosted on Base44, which stores form submissions on our behalf. Quote notifications are delivered by Resend, an email service. If we turn on website analytics, it will be Google Analytics, which sets a cookie to count visits; it does not receive your form answers.

Each of these providers processes data only to provide their service to us.

Want a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion? Email heyitsoundsgood@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

Site terms

Anything on this site about packages, coverage, and "starting at" pricing is a guide to help you pick a starting point. Nothing is booked, and no price is final, until we confirm it with you in a written proposal that you accept.

Services are provided under the terms in that proposal, including payment schedule, cancellation, venue access, and equipment care. If anything here conflicts with a signed proposal, the proposal wins.

Site content, including text and images, belongs to Hey It Sounds Good unless noted. Please ask before reusing it.
